The Galaxy Buds Manager is a useful tool that allows users to access device settings and view the status when connected to a Galaxy Buds device. However, it should be noted that this application does not function independently, as it is a component of the Galaxy Wearable application.

Before using the Galaxy Buds Manager, it is necessary to first install the Galaxy Wearable application. Without the Galaxy Wearable application, the Galaxy Buds Manager will not operate properly.

Please be aware that in Android 6.0 or later, it is important to allow the necessary permissions in the Android Settings of the Galaxy Buds Manager in order to access all of its features. To do so, navigate to Settings > Applications > Application manager > Galaxy Buds Manager > Permissions.

For a seamless user experience, certain permissions are required for the app service. The required permissions include:

• Phone: To check the device's version update information
• Storage space: To store music in external storage and enable music transmission function
• Schedule: To check schedule contents and enable voice notification function
• Contact: To check contact information when receiving a call and enable voice notification function
• SMS: To confirm SMS contents for voice notification

Optional permissions are not required for the app service.

If your system software version is lower than Android 6.0, please update the software to configure app permissions. After a software update, previously allowed permissions can be reset in the Apps menu within device settings.
